Location and Transport

Royston Gateway is a multi-million pound development on a 30 acre site between the A505 and the established Royston Business Estate. A 30,000 sq ft food store is shortly to be constructed at the front of the park adjacent to the A505. Royston Gateway is to the north of the town centre which accommodates a successful business community including leading names such as Johnson Matthey, Royal Mail, The Automation Partnership, Hamleys and Safeline. Situated only 10 miles from Cambridge and 8 miles from the A1 (M), Royston is superbly located within the Cambridge sub region. The town is situated on the A505 / A10 which provides easy access to the A1 (M) and M11 motorways. By rail, the direct link to London Kings Cross is 38 minutes and to Cambridge it is 14 minutes. Stansted and Luton international airports are just 30 minutes away.
