Location and Transport

Newbury Business Park is located 0.9 miles east of Newbury town centre providing various shops restaurants and amenities. Newbury station provides direct access to London Paddington, Reading and Oxford, with a further station at Newbury Racecourse, 0.4 miles south which provides local services. The Park is a short distance from the A339 which connects to the M4, 3.5 miles north of Newbury, providing direct access into Central London ans west to Bristol. The A34 runs through Newbury and is the major north-south route linking the Channel ports of Southampton and Portsmouth to The Midlands.
