The site is located off Whitehall Road, to the west of the city centre, approximately 10 minutes’ walk to the main railway station.
The surrounding area has a broad mix of uses including residential and commercial and is currently undergoing significant redevelopment and renewal. To the east, on the other side of the River Aire and Leeds/ Liverpool canal, MEPC are developing up to 1 million ft² of mixed use accommodation at Wellington Place.
